Is pricing inclusive of taxes and duties
All prices listed on our website are tax-free. For our international orders, there may be rare instances where local customs authorities apply additional taxes or clearance fees. In such cases, customs clearance can only be handled by local residents (i.e., the recipient), and the associated costs will be borne by the customer.
What are your shipping couriers and charges
We ship with UPS, DHL, SF, Aramex, FedEx, and Quantium Solutions.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order's weight and delivery location and matched based on the weight of the shopping cart and the delivery area.
How is returns and exchanges approached
Our garments are crafted in limited numbers with great care. As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what was originally ordered.
If this occurs, please contact us at pr@dreamtemple.xyz within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible. Returned items must be unworn, with tags intact and in original condition. Once received, our team will carefully review the piece, and if the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with a return or exchange.
Please note: many of our textiles are handwoven and naturally dyed. Subtle variations in tone, texture, or weave are a part of their character and not considered defects.
Is it possible to modify or cancel an order once placed
If you've placed an order and would like to make a change, we ask that you write to us within 24 hours at pr@dreamtemple.xyz, quoting your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though changes may not be possible once your order has moved into production.

We offer a size chart to help guide your selection. If you're uncertain about which size or silhouette to choose, we're always happy to help. please write to us, and we'll walk you through the fit, the fabric, and the fall, so the piece you purchase feels right.
What is the timeline for dispatch and delivery
Each of our garments is made to order. Our normal delivery time is estimated to be approximately 7 working days from order confirmation, but we will ship earlier whenever possible.
Once ready, your order will leave our workshop in hong kong. international shipments may take 7 – 14 business days from dispatch, excluding any time in customs.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is received, followed by tracking details when it is on its way.
