All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items in perfect condition. Because our products are crafted individually with handloom textiles and natural dyes, small variations are part of their character and not considered defects.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault or the wrong size, please contact us at pr@dreamtemple.xyz within 7 days and we'll make it right with a return, exchange, or refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
